: The Documentation Management Support Specialist identifies, tracks, and scans incoming mail. Provides document support by monitoring and processes electronic mail for Customer Service and Loan Resolution Departments. Provides
translation support from Spanish to English of incoming correspondence.

Education / Experience
- Ensures that correspondence, faxes and emails are identified and processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Enters task tracking codes in the servicing system for each mail type.
- Scans incoming mail and return mail within 24 hours of receipt.
- Monitors and processes incoming emails within 24 hours of receipt.
- Delivers parcels to department recipients within 24 hours of receipt.
- Postal meter stamps outbound company mail daily.
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); One year Certificate from College or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internal Software
